Khel Ratna for Sharath Kamal

India’s Table Tennis veteran Achanta Sharath Kamal has been conferred with the Major Dhyanchand Khel Ratna Award for 2022 as the National Sports Awards were announced by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports on Monday.Kamal had a wonderful campaign at the Commonwealth Games this year in Birmingham as he won four medals at the Games of which three were gold. This took his overall tally at CWG to 13. Pargyanandha and VAlarivan from Tamilnadu will be presented with Arjuna awards.
