The Tamil Nadu government on Thursday informed the Madras High Court that the Isha Foundation did not get an approval for erecting the Adiyogi statue and buildings around its campus in Coimbatore.
Meanwhile, Isha Foundation has responded to DMK government’s allegations saying it has all necessary approvals.
“Approvals from the relevant authorities regarding the Adiyogi statue have been obtained. They will be submitted before the authorities as per the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras,” Isha Foundation said in a statement.
