Chennai Metro inks pact for maintenance services at Thiru Vi Ka Park

Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has formalized a Contract Agreement with M/s Quess Corp Limited for the comprehensive maintenance services at Thiru.Vi.Ka. Park, located in Shenoy Nagar, Chennai. The scope of work encompasses the upkeep of water supply and drainage systems within the park. This includes regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of pipes, valves, fittings, pumps, and tanks. The agreement also mandates prompt repairs for any damages or malfunctions to ensure the continuous and safe operation of the park`s water infrastructure. Crucially, the maintenance activities will be geared towards preserving water quality, with regular testing to detect any signs of contamination. The goal is to guarantee that all systems are functioning optimally, minimizing the risk of disruptions or safety hazards.
