The festival of Christmas is fast approaching now. In this scenario, the MD of TN State Express Transport Corporation Elangovan spoke about the operations of 640 special buses from Chennai to several places across Tamil Nadu.According to a press release statement from the MD of SETC, more people would travel from Chennai to places like Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Marthandam, Thoothukudi and Velankanni etc on the occasion of Christmas festival and for the subsequent holidays etc
The press release mentioned that in addition to the 2100 bus that are operated daily by the state transport corporations 350 more buses would be operated on 22nd of December and 290 buses on 23rd of December for a total of 640 buses. People can book their bus tickets in these special buses for the Christmas festival either through the website www.tnstc.in or using the tnstc app.
