AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami has fired back at critics, asserting the party’s prowess in election strategy and alliance formation. Taking a dig at detractors, Palaniswami highlighted the AIADMK’s strategic moves in forming alliances and swiftly announcing candidates’ lists as evidence of the party’s strength and resilience in the electoral arena.
In a bold move aimed at silencing naysayers, the AIADMK signed agreements with alliance parties and unveiled its candidates’ list on the same day, sending a clear message to critics and rivals alike: “Don’t underestimate the AIADMK.” Palaniswami emphasized the party’s ability to outmaneuver opponents and asserted its readiness to take on any challenges in the upcoming elections.
Addressing the media, Palaniswami revealed that the party would soon release its manifesto, signaling the next phase of its election campaign. With confidence brimming, he hinted at a dynamic and aggressive campaign strategy, indicating a willingness to confront former ally BJP and other adversaries head-on.
“We have just warmed up. You (journalists) can just wait and watch the rest in the coming days,” Palaniswami declared, hinting at a series of strategic maneuvers and bold pronouncements in the days leading up to the elections. His remarks underscored the AIADMK’s determination to seize the initiative and shape the narrative in the run-up to polling day.
Palaniswami further announced plans to introduce the party’s candidates and allies in a grand public meeting scheduled to take place in Tiruchy on Sunday. The event is expected to serve as a platform for rallying support and galvanizing party cadres ahead of the electoral battle.
