The highly anticipated Garudan, starring actor Soori, is all set to hit screens worldwide on May 31. The announcement of the release date was made by the makers through a promotional video on Monday, generating excitement among fans and cinephiles alike.

Directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar, “Garudan” promises to be an intriguing tale inspired by real-life incidents encountered by director Vetrimaaran. With a stellar cast that includes Sasikumar, Unni Mukundan, Revathi Sharma, Sshivada, Roshini Haripriyan, Samuthrakani, and Mime Gopi, the film boasts of a multi-starrer ensemble that is bound to captivate audiences.

Produced by K Kumar, “Garudan” has garnered attention not only for its star-studded cast but also for its talented crew. Pradeep E Ragav handles the editing, while Arthur A Wilson’s cinematography is expected to bring the story to life on the big screen. Adding to the anticipation, music maestro Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the film’s soundtrack, with the first single “Panjavarna Kiliye” already making waves since its release in February.

For Soori, “Garudan” marks his second venture as a lead actor, following his acclaimed performance in Vetrimaaran’s “Viduthalai: Part 1.”
