After the alleged irregularities in the medical entrance examination National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Undergraduate 2024 (NEET-UG), Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi targeted the BJP and said that they stand with the students.Taking to her official X handle, Priyanka Gandhi targeted the BJP amidst paper leaks and said, “Today, Indian National Congress colleagues across the country protested against the NEET exam scam. Rampant corruption in recruitment, paper leaks and educational scams under the BJP rule are pushing the country’s future into darkness. This game of corruption must be stopped immediately.”
She added further, “We demand that there should be immediate and strict action on the scam in NEET exam so that 24 lakh youth get justice.”
Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi also took to his official X handle and said, “Thousands of students appearing for NEET are on the streets with their families in the scorching heat and Narendra Modi is silently watching the spectacle.”
He added further, “I assure them that in this struggle, from the streets to the Parliament, India is with you.”
The Congress leader uploaded a video on his account in which he was seen having a conversation with the students who raised the issues regarding the NEET exam.
