In a recent speech at a prize distribution ceremony for a public speaking competition held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin praised Udhayanidhi Stalin, stating that he scores a centum in every test he takes.
During the event, Chief Minister Stalin remarked that the speaking competition had successfully produced 182 speakers for the DMK party. He emphasized the party’s history of gaining power through the art of speech, stating, “The DMK is a movement that seized power through words, and our speeches were not just ornamental phrases. We discussed global revolutions, the injustices in our nation, and regressive ideologies.” He acknowledged the various protests led by Udhayanidhi and commended him for successfully organizing the recent conference in Salem.
Stalin mentioned that he had entrusted the responsibility of organizing the speaking competition to the DMK Youth Wing. He emphasized that the role of the Youth Wing Secretary is not merely a title but a significant responsibility that Udhayanidhi has embraced wholeheartedly. “I view the responsibilities I assign to Udhayanidhi as training opportunities. With that perspective, he scores a centum in every test I set for him,” he quipped.
The Chief Minister expressed his belief that through persistent speaking and action, Tamil Nadu will rise, and the Dravidian movement will thrive. “The DMK will lead Tamil Nadu towards prosperity; that is our goal. The Youth Wing is rapidly moving along this path,” he added. He extended heartfelt congratulations to Udhayanidhi and his supporters for their efforts.
Reflecting on his journey, Stalin remarked, “I am someone who has grown by speaking on stage. Today, I stand before you as a testament to that. What I spoke of back then still resonates in my heart today.”
