Dragon, the highly anticipated film starring Pradeep Ranganathan, has expanded its ensemble with acclaimed directors-turned-actors Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and KS Ravikumar. AGS Entertainment, the production house, announced these new cast members on Saturday. Mysskin will be seen as Mayilvahanan, Gautham takes on the role of Vale Kumar, and KS Ravikumar will portray Parasuram. Earlier, AGS also introduced debutants VJ Siddhu and Harshath Khan as part of the cast.
Pradeep Ranganathan leads as the titular character, Dragon, an unruly and intense figure. He stars alongside Anupama Parameswaran, who plays his love interest, Keerthi, and Kayadu Lohar, making her Tamil debut as Pallavi.
The film is helmed by Ashwath Marimuthu, known for Oh My Kadavule, who has written the screenplay and shares story credit with Pradeep Ranganathan. This project marks the second collaboration between AGS Entertainment and Pradeep following the successful Love Today (2022). Archana Kalpathi serves as the creative producer.
The technical crew includes Leon James for music, cinematographer Niketh Bommi, and editor Pradeep E Ragav. Dragon is set for a release in both Tamil and Telugu, promising a blend of drama and action that fans are eagerly waiting for.
