Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) president Vijay strongly criticized the Union government’s imposition of the three-language policy under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.In a statement, Vijay questioned the rationale behind enforcing a trilingual system that infringes on state autonomy and violates India’s federal structure.
He further condemned the Centre’s interference in regional language policies, stating that it undermines state sovereignty and the rights of the people.
