After a prolonged delay, Yamakaathagi, starring Roopa Koduvayur in her Tamil debut, is finally set to hit the screens on March 7. Roopa is well known for her performances in Telugu films such as Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya (2020) and Mr. Pregnant (2023).Billed as a supernatural thriller, the film is directed by Peppin George Jayaseelan and produced by Sujith Sarang and Sreejith Sarang under their production house, Sarang Brothers. In addition to bankrolling the project, Sujith and Sreejith have also handled cinematography and editing, respectively.
The film features an ensemble cast, including Narendra Prasath, Haritha, Geetha Kailasam, and Subash Ramasamy.
While plot details and a trailer are yet to be revealed, the film’s long-awaited release has generated excitement among fans.
