Chennai’s hospitality landscape sees a major shift as Ceebros Group rebrands its Raintree on Anna Salai under Pullman Hotels & Resorts, marking Accor’s debut in the city. The 232-key property has undergone a ₹100 crore refurbishment to align with Pullman’s premium offerings.
Ceebros CEO C Velan confirmed the group’s continued expansion in the hospitality sector, while MD C Subba Reddy assured that the Raintree on St. Mary’s Road will retain its original branding. Garth Simmons, COO of Accor Asia, highlighted India’s potential, particularly in tier-3 cities, and emphasized Pullman’s commitment to modern hospitality experiences.
The newly launched Pullman Chennai Anna Salai has also achieved gold-level LEED sustainability certification, reinforcing its focus on eco-friendly luxury.
