Chennai: Tamil Nadu BJP President K. Annamalai has strongly criticized the state government, alleging that law enforcement is biased and political favoritism prevails.
He accused the DMK government of giving “royal treatment” to criminals while suppressing BJP workers’ peaceful protests. He condemned the police for arresting women after 6 PM, stating that such actions are unacceptable.
“Until the BJP is given due respect, we will not respect the police. From now on, no uniformed officer will get rest. There will be a protest every day,” Annamalai declared.
He also took a dig at actor Vijay, calling him the “B Team of the DMK” and stating that his party must earn respect through its actions.
