Union Home Minister Amit Shah has asserted that the BJP will win the upcoming assembly elections in Tamil Nadu and Bihar. He also assured that the ongoing delimitation process will not reduce the number of constituencies in South Indian states on a pro-rata basis.
In an interview with an English news channel, Shah criticized Tamil Nadu politicians for misinterpreting the delimitation process. He accused the ruling DMK government of using the issue to divert attention from corruption allegations.
“Tamil Nadu’s ruling party is staging a drama over delimitation to cover up its corruption. The BJP-led alliance will win in Tamil Nadu in 2026 and also secure victory in Bihar,” he declared.
