
According to the announcement, metro trains will run from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. During peak hours—8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM—trains will be available every 6 minutes. In non-peak hours, including 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, trains will run every 7 minutes. For late-night commuters, trains will operate every 15 minutes between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
Meanwhile, CMRL reported a significant rise in ridership in March. The metro system recorded 92.10 lakh passengers during the month, marking an increase of 5.44 lakh compared to February.
