Leader of Opposition Edappadi K. Palaniswami (EPS) said on Tuesday that he will not stop questioning the DMK government.He said law and order is getting worse in Tamil Nadu. He pointed to the arrest of a DMK councillor in Arakkonam. The councillor was caught with illegal guns. EPS asked the Chief Minister to explain how this happened.
EPS wrote on social media about the issue. He asked if gun culture has entered Tamil Nadu. He said students are seen with drugs and sickles in schools.
He also blamed the police for not acting fast in a sexual assault case. A college girl had filed a complaint against former DMK man Deivaseyal. EPS asked, āWhy is DMK protecting him? Are they hiding a big name? Who is that big person?ā
EPS ended by asking the people to stay alert. He said, “Protect yourself till this government ends.”
