Amid rising speculation over internal discord within the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK), party founder Dr. S. Ramadoss addressed key questions surrounding his son and party president Anbumani Ramadoss, including the possibility of his suspension from the party at Thailapuram Sunday. When asked directly whether Anbumani would be removed from PMK, Dr. Ramadoss dismissed the question, stating decisions will be made according to party rules, which will be reviewed in the upcoming internal meetings. Dr. Ramadoss announced that the Vanniyar Sangam would host a Women’s Grand Conference on August 10 in Poompuhar. He firmly denied allegations that he is being manipulated from behind the scenes. “I’ve travelled to over 95,000 villages in the last 46 years. I’m independent and will continue my journey with the support of people,” he said.
