Mumbai, June 25: India’s T20 skipper Suryakumar Yadav will undergo surgery for a sports hernia on Wednesday. SKY had flown to the UK recently to consult a specialist for treating a sports hernia-related injury. “Surya is suffering from a sports hernia on the right side of the lower abdomen. He consulted the doctor in London today and will undergo a sports hernia surgery tomorrow afternoon (June 25),” sources said.Surya will now hope to recover completely and be available for India’s next T20 assignment only in August, when they travel to Bangladesh for a series.
