The team behind the hit Tamil film Dragon celebrated its 100-day successful run with a grand event in Chennai. Directed by Ashwath Marimuthu and produced by AGS Entertainment, the film stars Pradeep Ranganathan, Kayadu Lohar, and Anupama Parameswaran in key roles, along with KS Ravikumar and Mysskin.
The event was organized to honour the cast and crew who contributed to the film’s success. AGS CFO Rangarajan welcomed the guests, and awards were presented to theatre owners, distributors, actors, technicians, and workers.
Director Ashwath thanked AGS for valuing the efforts of everyone involved, calling the event a “beautiful moment.” He shared how he and Pradeep Ranganathan once casually dreamt of acting and working together, never expecting to reach such a milestone. Creative Producer Archana Kalpathi acknowledged the media’s strong role in the film’s success.
Pradeep Ranganathan expressed gratitude to Ashwath, AGS, and the audience. He recalled their journey from Oh My Kadavule to Dragon, and credited the fans for turning his belief in being a lead actor into reality. This marks Pradeep’s third 100-day hit after Comali and Love Today, making Dragon another proud addition to his career.
