The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released the hall tickets for the Group 4 examination on 2nd July 2025. The written exam will be held on 12th July 2025.TNPSC had earlier announced 3,935 vacancies across 25 different posts through a notification issued on 24th April 2025. The vacancies include:
215 Village Administrative Officers (VAO),
1,621 Junior Assistants, 239 Junior Revenue Inspectors, 1,099 Typists, 368 Shorthand Typists (Grade 3), 54 Assistants, 19 Field Assistants,Ā 62 Forest Watchers,Ā 35 Forest Guards with driving license and
71 Forest Officers
The application process was held from 25 April to 24 May 2025. Around 20 lakh candidates have applied for these posts.
Applicants can download their hall tickets fromĀ www.tnpsc.gov.inĀ orĀ www.tnpscexams.inĀ using their application number and date of birth through the One-Time Registration (OTR) system.
Meanwhile, TNPSC Secretary Gopala Sundarraj stated that the provisional list of candidates selected for the computer-based screening, fitness test, and walk test for forest-related posts has been published on the TNPSCās third website.
However, he clarified that not all candidates called for these tests would be automatically eligible for certificate verification or final counselling. Final selection will depend on the candidateās performance in all the stages.
