Former Indian cricketer and CSK star Suresh Raina is all set to make his debut as an actor. Raina’s maiden film will be in the Tamil film industry. The film was launched in a grand event in Chennai on Friday evening, with Raina, CSK cricketer Shivam Dube, and several prominent celebs in attendance.Raina’s debut movie will be directed by popular Kollywood filmmaker Logan and produced under the DKS banner. While Shivam Dube unveiled the name and logo of the production house, Suresh Raina, who is on a family holiday in Amsterdam, participated in the event via a video call.
Suresh Raina, fondly addressed as Chinna Thala by the Tamil cricket fans, has acted in numerous TV commercials. In 2021, speaking to a news channel, Raina had said that his life has the potential to be turned into a biopic and went on to say that either Suriya or Dulquer Salmaan will be the right choice to reprise him on the big screen
