In a strong message, PMK founder Dr. S. Ramadoss warned his son Anbumani Ramadoss on Thursday. He said if Anbumani does not follow his words, he should stop using his name and use only the initial. He reminded that Anbumani is just the working president of PMK and that role has its limits.Speaking in Kumbakonam during the party’s General Council meeting, Ramadoss said he will decide on party alliances at the right time. He clearly stated that he is the final authority in the party.
Ramadoss also said PMK is the only party that stands for working-class people. He asked all members to live among the people, understand their problems, and explain the party’s ideas.
Reacting to Anbumani’s earlier comment that “his father had become a child,” Ramadoss hit back. He said, “This same child made you party president three years ago. Don’t forget that.” He added, “If you don’t respect me, don’t use my name. Just use my initial. And remember—you are only the working president. You can’t take major decisions alone.”
