London, July 11; European officials have made a new deal with Israel to send urgent food and fuel into Gaza, the EU’s top foreign policy chief said on Thursday. This comes as Gaza continues to face a severe crisis. At the same time, reports say an Israeli airstrike killed 10 children and five adults outside a clinic in central Gaza. They were waiting for medical help.
The aid deal was announced just as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu left Washington after meeting US President Donald Trump. No ceasefire was agreed during the visit, but the US is still working to make it happen.
