Dream Warrior Pictures, in collaboration with IVY Entertainment has announced a grand period action drama titled Marshal, set in 1960’s at Rameshwaram. The film marks another ambitious venture for actor Karthi and director Tamizh (Taanakkaran fame) following acclaimed projects like Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru and Kaithi.At the auspicious puja event held at Prasad Studios, Vadapalani, the producers unveiled the title of the movie bringing together the film’s cast and crew in a celebratory atmosphere.
Marshal features a star-studded cast including Kalyani Priyadarshan, Sathyaraj, Prabhu, Lal, John Kokken, Easwari Rao, and others. The technical crew boasts top talents like music composer Sai Abhyankar (his first period film), cinematographer Sathyan Sooryan, editor Philomin Raj, and production designer Arun Venjaramoodu.
- Produced by SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabu of Dream Warrior Pictures, and co-produced by IVY Entertainment led by its Chairman Ishan Saksena, the film will feature elaborate sets recreating 1960s Rameshwaram. Marshal is planned as a pan-Indian release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
