Actor Rio Raj’s upcoming romantic drama Aan Paavam Pollathathu is slated to release in theatres this October. Directed by Kalaiarasan Thangavel, the film is produced by Vedikkaranpatti S. Sakthivel under the banner of Drumsticks Productions.The makers have planned a special promotional move, with the film’s teaser to be screened during the intermission of Rajinikanth’s Coolie. Earlier, the song “Jodi Porutham,” featuring Rio Raj and Malavika Manoj, was released and received attention for its portrayal of a couple’s joyful post-marriage moments.
The story revolves around a husband navigating his wife’s progressive outlook, blending romance with social themes. The cast also includes Sheela Rajkumar, Jenson Dhivakar, and RJ Vigneshkanth in key roles.
