BJP state president Nainar Nagendran has urged Chief Minister M.K. Stalin and all Tamil Nadu parties to support C.P. Radhakrishnan in the upcoming Vice-Presidential election.He said that Radhakrishnan’s nomination is an honour for Tamil Nadu and that this recognition should rise above party politics. Nagendran added that if all parties unite to support a Tamil leader, it would be remembered as a milestone in political history.
He also recalled how Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had appealed to his party members to support Draupadi Murmu during the Presidential election in 2022. Similarly, he requested Stalin and other leaders in Tamil Nadu to extend their support to Radhakrishnan.
