Actor Ram Charan is going all out for his upcoming Pan-India film Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The star has undergone a striking physical transformation and intense training to prepare for his role. The film is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas and presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.With high expectations surrounding the project, the makers have already created buzz with the film’s title glimpse, first-look poster, and Ram Charan’s makeover photos.
Currently, the team is filming a large-scale introductory song for Ram Charan in Mysore, choreographed by Jani Master. The song is composed by Academy Award-winning music director A. R. Rahman and features over 1,000 dancers, making it one of the biggest sequences in the film. The high-energy number is expected to be a highlight of Peddi, showcasing Ram Charan’s trademark style and screen presence.
Even as the nation celebrates Vinayaka Chavithi, the team continues to work on the project without a break, demonstrating their dedication.
Peddi features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, with Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar in a significant role. Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma also appear in key supporting roles. The film’s cinematography is handled by R. Rathnavelu, and National Award-winning editor Navin Nooli is in charge of editing.
The film is set for a Pan-India release on March 27, 2026.
