Beijing, Sept 4: North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said his country will continue to “fully support” Russia and its army. He called it a “fraternal duty” under North Korea’s treaty with Moscow, according to state media KCNA on Thursday.Kim met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Beijing on Wednesday. The meeting happened during China’s event marking Japan’s surrender in World War Two.
Kim and Putin joined Chinese President Xi Jinping at a large military parade. This was the first time leaders of the three countries gathered like this since the early Cold War era.
