Power cut areas for tomorrow

The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) has announced a scheduled power outage in several areas of Chennai on Thursday, September 25, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The power cut is due to maintenance work being carried out by the Electricity Board.
The affected areas include:
Porur: Mangala Nagar, Ambal Nagar, Mount Poonamallee Road, RE Nagar, Vanniyer Street, Thiruveethiamman Koil Street.
Ayapakkam: ICF Colony, Chelliamman Nagar, Gangai Salai, Kaveri Street, TNHB, Thiruverkadu Main Road, Athipet, Vanagaram Road, Bharathi Mettu Street, Dinesh Street, Roja Street, Kuppam, KSR Nagar, VGN Shanthi Nagar, Mel Ayanambakkam, Chetty Street, Vijaya Nagar, Pachaiyappa Nagar, Chennai New City, Eden Avenue, Konraj Kuppam, Agragaram, Devi Nagar, Chinna Koladi, Jothi Nagar, Moonru Nagar, Ezhil Nagar, Annanoor.
Kottivakkam: Journalist Colony, Lakshmana Perumal Nagar, Raja Garden, Raja Kalyani Street, Kuppam Road, New Colony, Karpagambal Nagar, Srinivasapuram, Najeema Avenue, ECR Main Road, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Kaveri Nagar, Baywatch Boulevard, Vallalar Nagar, Kottivakkam Kuppam, Housing Board Apartments (Thendral H43 to H50 and Mullai H70 to H78 flats).
Thiruverkadu: Ashok Meadows, Senchuriyan Avenue, Aro Elias, Vadanumbal, Perumalkaram.
Sembium: Krishnamurthi Street, GNT Road, A.P. Arasu Street, Anna Street, Kannabiran Temple Street, Etraji Street, KVT Hospital, Chandrabrabhu Colony, Thanikasalam Nagar, Moolakkadai, Annai Sathyanagar, Venkateswaran Nagar, Police Quarters, Muthamilnagar Blocks 5 and 6, Murugan Temple Street, Santhosh Nagar, Balaji Nagar, Emerald Street, Silver Street, Canal Road.
TANGEDCO has stated that power supply will be restored by 2:00 PM, depending on the completion of the maintenance work. Residents in these areas are advised to plan accordingly.
