Kumarasen, Senior Vice President of Larsen & Toubro, and Sub-Inspector Sabarinathan of Greater Chennai Police were awarded International Honorary Doctorates by St Mother Therasa University, Australia, affiliated with the Cambridge School of Distance Education, UK. The recommendation for the awards came from John Amalan, Managing Director of Indian Media Works.The award ceremony, held in Coimbatore, recognized outstanding individuals from across India for their exceptional contributions in various fields. Kumarasen received the Honorary Doctorate in Global Corporate Leadership for his exemplary leadership in corporate management and significant contributions to the industrial sector.
Sub-Inspector Sabarinathan was honored with the Honorary Doctorate in Public Service for his innovative social initiatives. He founded a WhatsApp group to support families of police personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty, raising and distributing nearly Rs 7.5 crore in financial aid.
