The much-awaited cinematic epic ‘Vrusshabha’ is all set for a grand worldwide theatrical release on November 6, 2025, promising audiences an unforgettable visual and emotional experience. Written and directed by Nanda Kishore, the film is a sweeping saga of love, destiny, and vengeance, centered on the powerful bond between a father and son.
Producer Ektaa R Kapoor described Vrusshabha as a magnum opus close to her heart, saying, “It’s filled with powerful emotions, larger-than-life drama, and a celebration of Indian cinema’s grandeur. We cannot wait to bring this film to audiences worldwide.” Director Nanda Kishore added that the film aims to deliver a deeply moving and visually stunning experience, blending relationships, sacrifice, and fate in a story of epic proportions.
The teaser, which introduced Mohanlal in a commanding warrior-king avatar, carried the powerful message “When Destiny Calls, Blood Must Answer”, and the tagline “Reborn Love – A Love So Strong, It Defies Death.” It left audiences intrigued by its dramatic interplay between past and present. The film also stars Samarjit Lankesh, Ragini Dwivedi, and Nayan Sarika, with music by Sam CS and sound design by Oscar-winner Resul Pookutty. With action choreography by Peter Hein, Stunt Silva, and Nikhil, Vrusshabha promises to be a grand cinematic experience.
Presented by Connekkt Media and Balaji Telefilms Ltd in association with Abishek S Vyas Studios, and produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, C.K. Padma Kumar, Varun Mathur, Saurabh Mishra, Abishek S Vyas, Praveer Singh, Vishal Gurnani, and Juhi Parekh Mehta, the film has been shot simultaneously in Malayalam and Telugu, with dubbed versions in Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada. With its mix of action, drama, and emotional storytelling, Vrusshabha is poised to be one of the most monumental cinematic events of 2025.
