The IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation has partnered with BodhBridge Education, founded by an IIT Madras alumnus, to launch two free entrepreneurship training programs aimed at school, college students, and working professionals. The initiatives are designed to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs in India. The programs include “From Students to Startup” for college students (UG & PG) and working professionals, and “Discover the Entrepreneur in You” for school students. Both courses are offered online, providing live interactive sessions with experts, course materials, case studies, and access to recorded sessions. The first batch begins November 1, 2025, with registrations open until October 28, 2025. Monthly sessions will continue thereafter.
The initiative aims to address the limited structured exposure to entrepreneurship among students, encouraging problem-solving, creativity, leadership, and adaptability—skills critical for future employability. The programs are offered free of cost, with optional certification exams available for a nominal fee.
Mr. Balamurali Shankar, Chief Knowledge Officer, IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation, said the training seeks to build confident, innovative, and socially responsible leaders. He added that entrepreneurship education provides students with resilience, purpose, and a competitive advantage, helping them succeed in ventures or any career path while contributing to economic growth.
Students completing the optional certification exam will receive a performance grade certificate from IITM Pravartak. The program aims to equip young minds with the mindset, knowledge, and skills to explore entrepreneurial opportunities and launch successful ventures in the future.
