Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) leader and actor Vijay will address a major public meeting in Erode on December 18, party officials said.The event will be held near the Vijayamangalam toll gate from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is being organised by TVK coordinator K.A. Sengottaiyan as part of the party’s campaign activities ahead of the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
Officials said arrangements are in progress and necessary permissions are being obtained from the authorities. The meet is expected to be Vijay’s first major campaign event in Tamil Nadu after his recent public appearances elsewhere.
