PMK founder Dr S. Ramadoss has called for an urgent investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the pending corruption case against his son and party president Anbumani Ramadoss.
Speaking to the media, Ramadoss said that a swift and transparent inquiry by the CBI is necessary to uncover the truth and protect the party’s reputation.
Ramadoss alleged that the ongoing investigation has been delayed, and urged the Centre to entrust the case to the CBI for a more credible and impartial probe. He stressed that an expedited investigation will help clear doubts and ensure justice.
The demand comes amid heightened political tension within the party, following ongoing leadership disputes. Ramadoss said that a fair and speedy inquiry will strengthen public trust in the justice system and help resolve internal issues.
