One of the most awaited films of 2026, Rocking Star Yash’s ‘Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups’, continues to generate huge buzz as the makers revealed the first look of Kiara Advani as Nadia. Known for her versatility and strong on-screen presence, Kiara appears in a completely new and intense avatar in this film directed by Geetu Mohandas.
The first look presents Kiara in a glamorous yet emotionally layered setting, placed against a circus backdrop but carrying a deep sense of pain and mystery. The makers hint that Nadia is a complex, performance-driven character and could mark a powerful turning point in Kiara’s career.
Director Geetu Mohandas praised Kiara, calling her performance “transformative” and highlighting her dedication to the role.
Four years after rewriting box-office history with KGF: Chapter 2, Yash returns to the big screen with Toxic, which has already become one of the most talked-about films across the country.
Written by Geetu Mohandas and Yash, the film has been shot simultaneously in English and Kannada, with dubbed releases planned in major Indian languages, aiming for a global reach.
Backed by a top-class technical team including Rajeev Ravi (cinematography), Ravi Basrur (music), Ujwal Kulkarni (editing), TP Abid (production design), and action direction by JJ Perry and Anbariv, the film promises a grand cinematic experience. Produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, ‘Toxic’ is set for a massive theatrical release on March 19, 2026, coinciding with Eid, Ugadi and Gudi Padwa.
