The makers of the upcoming historical drama Draupathi 2 have released the film’s second single, titled “Tarasuki Ram,” on Wednesday, adding fresh promotional momentum to the pan‑Indian project. Composed by Ghibran — who also lends his voice alongside Gold Devaraj and Guru Hariraj — and penned by director Mohan G, Tarasuki Ram combines two contrasting sequences in its lyrical video. The visuals alternate between the antagonist dancing exuberantly and the protagonist, played by Richard Rishi, participating in a consecration ceremony at a Lord Ram temple.
Although the title echoes Mohan G’s earlier 2020 film, Draupathi 2 is an independent 14th‑century historical drama with no direct link to the previous movie. This marks the third collaboration between Rishi and Mohan G after Draupathi and Rudra Thandavam (2023). The film also stars Natty, YG Mahendran, Nadodigal Barani, Saravana Subbiah, Vela Ramamoorthy, Siraj Johnny, Dinesh Lamba, Ganesh Gaurang, Divi, Devayani Sharma, and Arunodayan in key roles.
