Tamil Nadu Health and Family Welfare Minister Ma. Subramanian was admitted to a government hospital in Chennai after developing persistent fever and weakness over the past two days.
The minister was taken to the hospital for examination and treatment and is currently under medical care. Officials have stated that he is responding well to treatment and is expected to recover soon.
Subramanian had been attending official engagements despite feeling unwell, prompting medical authorities to recommend hospitalisation to ensure proper care.
