Netflix’s Tamil film Made In Korea has emerged as a global hit, securing the No.1 spot on the platform’s Global Top 10 Non-English Movies list. The film, starring Priyanka Mohan and directed by Ra. Karthik, has also featured in the Top 10 across 24 countries.
Premiered on Netflix on March 12, the film quickly gained popularity through strong word-of-mouth, with audiences appreciating its emotional storytelling and cross-cultural narrative set between Tamil Nadu and Seoul.
The success marks a significant milestone, making it the first South Indian film to reach No.1 globally among both licensed and Netflix original films.
