Puducherry, Mar 27:
V. P. Ramalingam has invited former Chief Minister V. Narayanasamy to join the Bharatiya Janata Party, offering him “due respect and better political opportunities” ahead of the upcoming elections.
Addressing reporters, Ramalingam said Narayanasamy had been denied a chance to contest by the Indian National Congress despite his contributions, and urged him to consider the BJP for his political future.
He also expressed confidence in the prospects of the National Democratic Alliance in Puducherry, stating that internal conflicts have weakened the INDIA bloc and the Congress, making them less prepared for the electoral battle.
