This film will not disappoint the audience, said Tovino Thomas about his upcoming film Pallichattambhi at the Tamil version press meet held in Chennai.

Directed by Dijo Jose Antony, the film is set in the late 1950s and blends action with emotional storytelling. Tovino noted that the project had been in development since 2018 and evolved over time before filming began in 2025.

Featuring Kayadu Lohar, Vijayaraghavan and others, the film draws inspiration from certain incidents of the period while incorporating fictional elements.

The makers are confident the film will connect with audiences when it releases worldwide on April 10.

The Tamil version of the film is being released across the state, with the team highlighting its strong narrative, large-scale production, and period setting as key factors expected to attract audiences to theatres.
