Tiruchendur, Apr 27:

TVK leader Vijay visited the Tiruchendur Murugan Temple early in the morning to offer prayers, days after the polling in Tamil Nadu.

The Assembly elections were held on April 23, while the counting of votes is scheduled for May 4.

According to reports, he was accorded a traditional “Purna Kumbha” welcome at the temple. Dressed in a veshti and shirt, Vijay had darshan of Lord Murugan and participated in special pooja rituals.

A large number of fans gathered at the temple premises upon hearing of his visit. The crowd greeted him enthusiastically, and Vijay acknowledged them by waving.
In this backdrop, Vijay’s temple visit has drawn attention as a significant spiritual gesture ahead of the results.
