The much-anticipated collaboration between Chiranjeevi and director Bobby Kolli was formally launched on Friday with a grand ceremony at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Tentatively titled Mega 158, the film marks the duo’s second outing after their blockbuster Waltair Veerayya.
The launch event turned into a family affair, with Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Chiranjeevi’s brother, clapping the first shot to officially commence the project. Actor-producer Nagababu was also present, underlining the strong family presence at the event.
Produced by KVN Productions, the film features Anaswara Rajan as the female lead. The technical team boasts notable names, with music composed by S Thaman and cinematography handled by Vijay Karthik Kannan, known for his work in films like Jailer.
With a successful combination returning and a strong technical crew on board, Mega 158 has already generated significant buzz in the Telugu film industry.
