New Delhi,  May 27:

Election Commission of India (ECI) Secretary, Binod Kumar, on Tuesday said that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise is being conducted across the country to ensure clean, transparent and accurate electoral rolls. The ECI official also instructed that the Enumeration Forms should be distributed within five days and conveyed his best wishes to all officials.
