Chennai, Aug 5:
Sanjay Ghosh has assumed charge as the Regional Officer of the Central Board of Film Certification, Chennai.
He joined the Indian Information Service as a Group ‘B’ officer in 1991 and was promoted as Group ‘A’ officer in the year 2015.
He has served in various media units under the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, including Akashvani (All India Radio), DD Tamil and Press Information Bureau.
Currently serving as the Deputy Director in the Publications Division of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, he holds the additional charge as Deputy Director of the Press Information Bureau and has also now assumed additional charge as the Regional Officer of the CBFC, Chennai.
