Chennai, Aug 17:
International Tractors Limited (ITL), owner of Sonalika Tractors, plans to establish a 25-acre Global Research and Development Centre in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, aimed at developing advanced, farmer-centric agricultural technologies.
The proposed facility is envisioned as a global engineering hub for future-ready tractor technologies and innovation. The announcement follows a meeting between Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and ITL management in Lucknow.
ITL Joint Managing Director Raman Mittal said the new centre would mark a significant step towards the company’s next phase of agricultural innovation, while praising the Chief Minister’s vision for a technology-driven Uttar Pradesh.
