Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming action entertainer Dharman, produced by Kamal Haasan, has completed its second shooting schedule, marking another major step forward for the highly anticipated film.
Directed by Ashwath Marimuthu of Dragon fame, the film is produced by Kamal Haasan under Raaj Kamal Films International along with R Mahendran of Turmeric Media. Simran and Raashi Khanna are also part of the cast, with Rajinikanth and Simran reuniting after Petta.
Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music, while Niketh Bommi handles cinematography, Pradeep E Ragav is the editor and stunt choreography is by Anbariv. The film has generated considerable buzz with Rajinikanth sporting a stylish new look, with the makers teasing his character as the “Deadly Doctor”.
Dharman also marks a major reunion, with Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan set to come together as lead actors after several decades. Their last appearance together was in Thillu Mullu in 1981.
