The second song from Rajinikanth-starrer Jailer 2, titled One Sun One Moon, was released on Friday by Sun Pictures. Composed by Anirudh, who also lends his vocals along with MS Krsna, the melodious track has lyrics by Heisenberg and Super Subu.
The song celebrates Rajinikanth’s enduring stardom and also offers glimpses of his character in the Nelson-directed sequel. The film brings back several members of the original Jailer cast, along with newcomers including SJ Suryah, Vijay Sethupathi, Vidya Balan and others.
Jailer 2, produced by Sun Pictures, is slated for a theatrical release on October 15. Anirudh returns as music composer, with Vijay Kartik Kannan handling cinematography and R Nirmal serving as editor.
