Chennai, Sept 30:
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has reported a claim settlement ratio of 99.31% for Q1 FY2027, based on its public disclosures, with individual death claims worth ₹414.08 crore settled during the quarter.
The company said its average claim value was around ₹15 lakh, while the average turnaround time for non-investigated claims was one day from receipt of the last document.
Under its ‘Claim for Sure’ initiative, the insurer said it paid around ₹75 crore within one day for eligible claims.
