Chennai, Oct 6:
Power supply will be suspended in several parts of Chennai and its suburbs on Tuesday from 9 am to 2 pm for maintenance works.
Areas including parts of Saidapet, Medavakkam and Tiruverkadu will face the temporary interruption. The power supply will be restored before 2 pm if the maintenance works are completed ahead of schedule.
Residents and commercial establishments in the affected areas have been advised to make necessary arrangements in view of the scheduled shutdown.
