Gqeberha:
Australia pacer Scott Boland claimed four wickets for 31 runs to put South Africa under pressure on the second day of the second Test at St George’s Park in Gqeberha.
South Africa ended the rain-affected day at 97 for five, giving Australia the advantage in the three-match series.
Playing his first Test since January, the 37-year-old Boland made an immediate impact with his accuracy and control.
His performance once again underlined his value to Australia’s pace attack, despite limited opportunities in the team. Australia are aiming to seal the series with a match to spare.
